NIEMCO Management Oy is a Finnish company established in year 2009, that provides real estate
management-, lobby- and business studio operation services for commercial properties.
Our real estate management portfolio consists of a variety of commercial real estate properties: business parks, traditional office buildings, business-, logistics- and industrial properties. Our goal is to make property ownership easy and to provide the highest quality real estate management services in Finland, and to implement the strategy created by our client for their property. The goal is often to secure the cash flow and value of the property, it’s technical functionality, high user satisfaction and high-quality conditions in the premises.
Our client base consists of owners with a few commercial real estate properties, to large institutional real estate investors. We always tailor our services to meet our client’s needs.
