In asset management the focus is on the revenue and renting of the real estate. The goal is to make even the most difficult properties to produce cash flow, and through that increase the value of the real estate. The asset management services are formed according to the customer’s needs from, for example, letting management, construction management, property development and financial administration. The asset management service takes care of the profitability and financial development of your real estate assets. Our letting management service finds tenants for premises directly or through real estate agents, and takes care of and manages the customership actively during the whole contractual relation.
